Liberty of the Seas

Liberty of the Seas Cruise Review

We experienced the lifetime sailing on the Liberty of the Seas cruise in 2007, and one thing is sure that getting on RCCI ships is a great experience to cherish. We had our lunch after boarding the ship at Windjammer Café and reached our cabin to find our bags already there. We were fortunate enough to have a balcony cabin and the first glance made me sure that the balconies and cabins of RCCI ships are one of the biggest onboard from every class and kind of ships.

The ship: The cruise made almost all amenities available, which a cruiser can think of. The decks are like floating malls and showrooms as located in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. The cabins were massive and beautifully decorated where we loved walking. For our entertainment, there were full mini golf courts, rock climbing walls and basketball courts. There were three pool areas, which include the one for adults having two hot tubs hanging off the shipsides, and a main area with two big pools along by the side. Apart from that, there are several loungers by the poolside where we had fun of a lifetime. There is also a pool area zone for the children which serve as one of the greatest places to enjoy in water. Its gym was one of largest amenities made available by the cruise.

Food: This was the third time we were on an RCCI ship during that year and we had always liked the kind and variety of food made available on an RCCI cruises. We found that Liberty of the Seas provides better food as compared to other cruise ships and dinners served in a primary dining room is just sumptuous to resist.

I still remember the taste of cookies and wings at Windjammer and the bar staff is available to provide us the drink at any time of the day. The beverages served included lemonade, iced tea, soft ice cream and fruit punch which we usually used to enjoy by the pool-side. I must mention that the apple pie, milkshake and alamode served here are the best I ever had.

Talking about the room service, my words might fall short, as it was not only excellent but quick too. To provide us the quick service, the cruise made us available staff separately for us who use to serve us while we enjoy watching movies. We did not use extra pay chops, portofino and dining rooms but they seemed to be of an ecstatically nature. Every night, we had a great time in the dining room and servers are hospitable and worth to appreciate.
Shows: The ice show featured on the cruise is just great and other magical and dance shows performed are worth to mention which entertained us to great extent.

Ports: We shopped on the Western Caribbean ports at quite affordable rates, amongst which, the Laberdee was the greatest. It proved to be a great cruise experience to be treasured by my family and me.
